Terms, Cancellation & Refund
Payments are accepted as prepaid amounts for private online language lessons.
- Lessons are conducted via video call (Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp).
- Lessons are scheduled individually by email after payment confirmation.
Scheduling
- Lesson times are agreed directly between the teacher and the student by email.
Cancellation
- If a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount remains valid and the lesson can be moved to another time.
- If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson may be considered completed and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
- Prepaid amounts are refundable before the first scheduled lesson.
- After lessons have started, refunds are possible only for unused lesson time and may be subject to agreement between the teacher and the student.
Service nature
- The service provided consists exclusively of private teaching sessions.
- No account, subscription, membership, automated platform, or digital content access is provided.
